I got the card for shopping on Ali, everything seemed fine. The application processing time is simply ideal, a little over a week and the card was in my hands. But problems with card maintenance started; any balance operation via online banking became a real pain. Statements arrive with a delay, and sometimes I have to call support to clarify information. The maintenance fees are acceptable, but the cashback leaves much to be desired. Plus, the card validity period is only 2 years, which is a bit short.

Online banking is user-friendly and clear. The card validity period is quite long, which is a plus. The fees are not exorbitant, quite tolerable. Card maintenance is also fine. But the cashback is a different story, it's just out of this world! Overall, I'm satisfied.

Совсем недавно делала себе дебетовую карту AliExpress Т-Банка. Решила попробовать, так как часто заказываю товары с этого сайта. Оформление и получение карты заняло недолго, очень удобно. Менеджеры все подробно объяснили. Онлайн-банкинг простой и понятный, не нужно быть компьютерным гением, чтоб разобраться. Срок действия карты 3 года, что радует. Комиссии за обслуживание карты не большие, а при покупке на AliExpress есть кэшбэк, что тоже приятно. В общем, я довольна!

Terrible! T-Bank, never again! Customer service is stuck in the Stone Age. I applied for a debit card and waited a week for review. Online banking glitches constantly, impossible to check the balance. Account maintenance fees are too high, and the cashback is tiny. I advise looking for another bank.

Оформил эту карту для шопинга на Али. Сначала все было норм, но потом начались проблемы. Пришлось звонить в поддержку, там долго не могли понять в чем дело. Плюс, комиссии за обслуживание карты вовсе не маленькие. Хотя обещают кэшбэк, но он тоже маленький. В общем, не очень довольн.
