Fees are minuscule, card maintenance is free, and there's even cash back. And most importantly—interest on the balance. Well, and online banking is convenient. Recommend!

I got a debit card from Rosbank; it's not bad, but it has its quirks. The fees are decent, especially the card-to-card transfer fee, which is really annoying. Plus, they dragged out the application review time, taking over a week. Cashback is normal, autopayments work. There are no problems with customer service; everything is clear and fast. The loyalty program is also not bad, and interest on the balance is calculated regularly. Cashless payments sometimes glitch, but it's not critical. Overall, it's a decent option, but there is room for improvement.
