I ordered a card from Rosbank, it arrived quickly, didn't have to wait long. Everything was done quickly, I liked it all. The manager explained everything, even how to set up auto-payments. Fees are minuscule, card maintenance is free, and there's even cash back. And most importantly—interest on the balance. Well, and online banking is convenient. Recommend!

Взял дебетовую карту в Росбанке, вроде ничего так, но были свои нюансы. Комиссии приличные, особенно бесит за переводы с карты на карту. Плюс, сроки рассмотрения заявки тянули, заняло больше недели. С кэшбэком все норм, автоплатежи работают. С обслуживанием клиентов проблем нет, все четко и быстро. Программа лояльности тоже неплохая, процент на остаток считают регулярно. Безналичные платежи иногда сбоят, но не критично. В целом, не плохой вариант, но есть куда стремиться.
