I got this card at MTS Bank, they promised cashback and all that. At first everything was fine, but then problems started. They started charging a maintenance fee, although they promised it was free. Plus, online banking often glitches, attempts to transfer money from card to card turned into a pain. And the interest on the balance is generally ridiculous. In short, completely disappointed.
