Pochta Bank appeared on the market relatively recently, but looking at the bank rankings, it is positioned high enough to show that management is doing things right. Kids need a card, and they probably only need one with these kinds of free maintenance and withdrawal fee conditions. I like what they do.

I don't quite understand the point of a kids' card; if parents aren't going to top up this card, there's no sense in it at all. On the flip side, the terms are more than fantastic. If this is a marketing ploy to get future young clients using the bank's products right now, then the move is justified, but if it's just for the sake of doing it, then I don't see the charm of this card.
