Hello everyone! I decided to write a review about my experience with Alfa-Bank. I took out a loan here, and I'll say right away — the application approval process is fast, without unnecessary questions, which I liked. But there are problems with customer service. A couple of times I had to call support, and you feel like you're at war — I think they don't even know what is expected of them. The loan terms are fine, but they really need to work on customer communication. Overall, mixed impressions.

I don't know, maybe other banks have the same, but it seemed a bit high to me. The loan terms are normal, the credit limit also suited me. And the main thing—they issued the money quickly, approving the application almost immediately. Overall, if you ignore the interest, everything is fine.

The quality of customer service is decent, they explained everything and helped out. Overall, you can take a loan if you need to, but of course, it's better without credits.
