I took out refinancing at Gazprombank to close my old loan. Honestly, my impression is a 3 out of 5. The staff are polite, but they didn't explain the terms very well. It seemed like the interest rate would be lower, but in the end the total amount came out higher, I didn't get their math. Well, and the deadlines they promised were shorter, but turned out longer.
