I contacted VTB regarding the refinancing of my loan. At the office, I was met very warmly, everything was explained in detail and they helped me draw up all the necessary documents. They work quickly, without delays. I will also note the low loan interest - that's a plus. Customer service is top-notch, I liked it. However, regarding the mobile app, there are minor remarks - sometimes it lags and crashes. Overall, I recommend VTB for refinancing.
