I don't quite understand the point of a kids' card; if parents aren't going to top up this card, there's no sense in it at all. On the flip side, the terms are more than fantastic. If this is a marketing ploy to get future young clients using the bank's products right now, then the move is justified, but if it's just for the sake of doing it, then I don't see the charm of this card.

The only drawback of this card is the payment system. Mir wasn't created for nothing, and to transition people to the domestic payment system, quite a few bonuses are offered for Mir, but otherwise, it's a quality product with adequate terms.
