I've been using Gazprombank's services for about three years now. At first I was attracted by their investment opportunities, and then I got a card. Online banking is convenient, it's always clear where everything is. Transfers and payments go through quickly, without delays. Overall, I'm as happy as a clam! The only downside is that sometimes you have to wait in branches, service isn't very fast. But overall everything is fine, I recommend it to everyone.

Everything would be fine, but I had to face some issues. First, the review period for the card application was longer than promised. Second, when it arrived, the credit limit was lower than expected. Online banking sometimes lags, which is inconvenient. On the other hand, the cashback and loyalty program are great, and there is the option to make cashless payments and auto-payments. Customer service is mediocre.

I was pleasantly surprised by the bank's service! Professional and polite staff, they explained everything clearly. Interest rates are very attractive, lower than in many other banks. I have a credit limit at my disposal that can be increased at any time, which is very convenient. And special thanks for the loyalty program, I use it with pleasure! Overall, very satisfied.

С Тинькофф банком уже года два общаюсь. Тут взял карту Tinkoff Drive, чтоб на бензин кэшбек получать. Это у них новинка. Заявку рассмотрели быстро, деньги на карту положили оперативно. Кредитный лимит нормальный дали, на мою зарплату вполне. С процентами тоже все понятно, сначала беспроцентный период есть, потом начинают капать. Ну и бензовозы любые подходят, не только определенные АЗС. Плюс переводы с карты на карту бесплатные. В общем, условия хорошие, удобно пользоваться. Советую!

Вообщем, решил я оформить эту карту, чтоб в случае чего был запас. По процентам нормально, не космос. А вот обслуживанием доволен. В банке все объяснили, показали, куда нажимать, что бы автоплатежи настроить. На вопросы ответили все. Даже кэшбек есть, правда маленький, но все равно приятно. В общем, пока что все устраивает. Как будет дальше, посмотрим. Один минус - деньги возвращать пришлось самому, автоматом они не списываются. Но это мелочи. Вообщем, считаю что выбор сделал правильный.

Использую кредитную карту Alfa Travel Classic для оплаты отпусков. Очень удобно: накапливаются бонусы, которые потом можно потратить на авиабилеты и отели. Услуги банка меня устраивают, обслуживание на высшем уровне. Всем путешественникам рекомендую!

Overall, not bad. Customer service is up to par, all issues are resolved quickly. But the rates are through the roof, of course, especially on loans. Online banking works without a hitch, convenient and simple. I also liked the mobile app, everything is clear.

Карту от Альфы-Банка взял для сына. Срок действия норм, обслуживание тоже. Переводы с карты на карту без проблем, быстро и без лишних вопросов. Детская карта - удобная штука, сын доволен. Рекомендую.

The interest rates definitely bite, but what can you do—it's a credit card. The service is fine, they answer questions, don't ignore you. Plus, you can set up automatic payments—convenient. The loyalty program is so-so, but balance and statements are always accessible via online banking. Happy for now, the main thing is not to forget about the card's validity period. Card-to-card transfers work, but I'd certainly like higher card limits. Well, and cashback—haven't tried that yet, hope it goes smoothly.
