I've been using Gazprombank's services for about 5 years now. Honestly, mostly because of the convenient online banking. All transfers, payments, auto-payments - I do everything through the app, very convenient. I also ordered a debit card from them, it arrived by mail. Everything is transparent with interest rates, haven't noticed any hidden fees. Cons - credit limits are a bit small, but it's enough for me. Service quality is top-notch, they always help and explain. Cashback and bonuses are also a nice perk. Recently started trying out investment opportunities, so far I like everything. All in all, I recommend it!

Удобно что комиссия за обслуживание карты отсутствует, и можно спокойно пользоваться, не думая о дополнительных затратах. Мне нравится, что есть возможность делать безналичные платежи, а с кэшбэком от покупок билетов вообще отлично получается. Онлайн-банкинг у них просто выше всяких похвал! Все понятно и доступно даже для меня, человека, который не очень дружит с технологиями. Баланс и выписки проверяю регулярно, все четко. Подключила автоплатежи, так что теперь не нужно думать о своевременной оплате счетов. Обслуживание клиентов тоже на уровне. Всегда ответят на вопросы, помогут в случае возникновения проблем. Пару раз были возвраты средств, все прошло быстро и без проблем. Картой довольна, рекомендую!

Доброго времени суток! Оформил сыну эту карточку от Альфа-Банка. Пользуемся уже пол года, проблем пока не было. Онлайн-банкинг удобный, все понятно, и сыну, и мне. Срок действия карты приличный, а обслуживание карты бесплатное - это плюс. Проверка баланса и выписки - без проблем. Еще радует кэшбэк. Переводы с карты на карту делаются без комиссии, что тоже хорошо. В общем, пока доволен. Рекомендую.

They gave me a good limit, higher than in other banks I've been to. As for customer service, I liked that everything was fast, without unnecessary questions. The terms are flexible; you can even skip a payment if needed. Application approval is fast, they don't drag it out. All terms are transparent, nothing extra, everything is visible immediately. Overall, if you need it, take it, you won't regret it. I hope I won't have to do it again, but if so, I'll turn to them again.

В принципе, картой доволен. Пользуюсь полгода, обслуживание норм, кэшбек тоже радует. Но вот когда оформлял, сроки рассмотрения заявки были долгими, ждал около недели. Плюс, кредитный лимит не такой большой, как хотелось бы. Вернуть деньги тоже не так просто, пришлось звонить в поддержку. Безналичные платежи, переводы с карты на карту, все работает без сбоев. В целом, неплохой вариант.

Got the My Freedom card so I wouldn't have to use cash at work. I've been using it for half a year, seems like everything is fine. The cashback is nice, especially savings on gas - they return 5% each time. Another plus is that card maintenance is free, and I don't need to go to the bank, I do everything in the app. Transfers to other cards are also commission-free, very convenient. Only the loyalty program is a bit weak, not many stores participate. But overall, I'm satisfied, I use it and will continue to use it.

Оформила в Газпромбанке кредитку. Прекольная фишка говорят кэшбек дают, но пока не юзала. Хароший кредитный лимит даже больше чем ожидал. Рассмотрели быстро, деньги пришли сразу на карту. С онлайн-банкингом все ок, удобно переводить с карты на карту. Вообщем главное чтоб потом никаких подводных камней не вылезло.
