Пару раз были вопросы - помогли решить. Деньги возвращаются без проблем, автоплатежи настроил - и забыл. Есть возможность перевести деньги с карты на карту, очень удобно в плане безналичных платежей. Срок рассмотрения заявки был небольшой, в течение нескольких дней прислали карту по почте. Кредитную историю у меня уже была, так что проблем не было. Срок действия карты - 3 года. В общем, пользуюсь и доволен. Онлайн-банкинг работает без нареканий. Есть программа лояльности, но пока не использовал. Баланс и выписки можно смотреть прямо в приложении. В общем, карту рекомендую!
