Обслуживание на высшем уровне, без лишних вопросов и бумажной волокиты. Сроки кредитования тоже порадовали, выбрал подходящий для себя. Кредитный лимит оказался достаточным, что не может не радовать. Условия кредитования гибкие, все подробно объяснили и подсказали. Заявку одобрили быстро, без лишних проверок и справок. Рефинансирование тоже обошлось без проблем, условия вполне гибкие. Требования к заемщику адекватные, никаких заморочек. Все условия прозрачные, без скрытых комиссий и процентов. Процентная ставка оказалась ниже, чем в других банках. В общем, доволен как слон. Рекомендую этот банк всем!

Customer service is also in order, they immediately explained everything about how to use the card, what the limits are, and all that. In general, I like everything so far, I will use it.
