I took out a cash loan, well... it was okay. I liked the rate; it's lower than in other banks. But there are issues with the service. They reviewed the application for a long time, almost a week, even though they promised a couple of days. And I didn't really have much time. Plus, the borrower requirements are also strict; I had to gather all the documents. The credit limit, though, was pleasing. All in all, a mediocre experience. The terms are transparent, the repayment schedule is normal, but the timelines and service left much to be desired.

I took out refinancing with VTB. Honestly, I doubted it, but now I'm glad. The loan terms are super, the quality of service is top-notch. And my credit limit was increased. Everything is clear, thanks VTB!

It's convenient that you always see your balance and statements with no hassle. And customer service is top-notch, they always help and explain if anything is unclear. The only thing is, card maintenance costs a bit much, but on the other hand, comfort and convenience are worth it. Anyway, I'm satisfied.

Recently got myself an Alfa-Card. No regrets, everything is convenient, and interest on the balance trickles in. I use online banking — it's fire, you can do everything right on your phone without any issues. There are fees, of course, but small ones. Another plus I'll note is auto-payments. Money is deducted from the account automatically, no need to remember when and where to pay anymore. And the loyalty program is not bad, points are awarded. Overall, I'm as happy as an elephant. Highly recommend.

What a card, goodness gracious. At first everything was fine, the limit was 100,000 RUB, no interest, nice. But then the nightmare began. They constantly block the card in online banking, auto-payments fail, and a ton of time goes into restoring them. In the end, instead of the promised 2 years without interest, they started charging interest after just a year. The bank says it's due to payment delays, but I always paid on time. So I do not recommend it.
