Recently got a card at Rosbank. The loyalty program is cool, interest is accrued on everything. Application review times are super, everything went quickly. My credit history is not great, but they gave it to me anyway! The card is valid for 3 years, maintenance is fine. Online banking is convenient, I can always see my balance and statements. I recommend it to everyone!

Здраствуйте всем! Вот решила написать свой отзыв о Банке Санкт-Петербург. Получала зарплату на карту этого банка, по этому могу сказать о нем свое мнение. Отношение к клиентам у них хорошее, персонал вежливый, всегда помогут и расскажут. Проценты по дебетовой карте нормальные, ничего плохого сказать не могу. Качество обслуживания тоже на уровне, никаких нареканий. Интернет банкинг удобный, все понятно и просто. Еще мне нравится, что у них есть кэшбэк, это приятный бонус. Но вот кредитный лимит мне не дали большой, хотя работаю стабильно и зарплата не маленькая. В общем, могу сказать, что банк неплохой, но есть над чем работать.

Кредитные продукты с высокими процентами, но кэшбэк и бонусы вполне себя оправдывают. Переводы и платежи без комиссии - это большой плюс. Однако, обслуживание клиентов оставляет желать лучшего - менеджеры иногда недостаточно компетентны.

Через онлайн-банкинг переводы быстрые, удобно пользоваться. Обслуживание клиентов на высоте. В случае проблем, возврат средств быстрый. Срок действия карты долгий, это плюс. Баланс и выписки всегда в доступе. В общем, доволен!
