"Mr. Cash" is a new microfinance organization. It started operating in Russia only in 2023. Currently, it has established itself as a microfinance organization that issues long-term loans of up to 100,000 RUB for a term of up to 1 year to individuals, with payments every two weeks.
At the same time, unlike many other MFIs, this company issues loans only during business hours — from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Terms
Early loan repayment is available at this microfinance organization. To do this, you need to pay the principal debt and interest accrued for the actual time the money was used. Please note, however, that early loan repayment requires prior notification to the creditor of your intention.
Loan prolongation is also available at the microfinance organization. To extend a microloan, you only need to pay the interest accrued for the actual time the borrowed funds were used. The principal debt will be recalculated taking the extension into account.
The "Mr. Cash" MFI allows payment delays on loans. However, in the event of overdue debt, the creditor charges a penalty of 20% per annum and increases the loan interest rate to 0.8% per day. For example, if a borrower takes out 70,000 RUB and misses a mandatory payment, their fine will be 38.25 RUB for each day of delay, and the interest rate will be increased. This means the total overpayment on the microloan will be higher.
Borrowers who meet the following criteria can get money from the "Mr. Cash" microfinance organization:
- have Russian citizenship;
- have permanent registration within the territory of Russia;
- at least 23 and no older than 65 years old;
- fully valid at the time of contract conclusion.
As for documents, a Russian citizen's passport is sufficient to apply for a microloan.
You can get a microloan from this microcredit company only to a MIR, Visa or MasterCard bank card.
You can also repay the debt to the MFI using a MIR, Visa or MasterCard bank card. To do this, you need to enter your card details in your personal account, and the required amount will be debited on the payment day.

How to apply
You can apply for a microloan here only online — on the official website of the microfinance organization. To get a loan, you need to do the following:
- on the MFO's main page, click the “Shake on it” button;
- in the window that opens, enter your mobile phone number;
- click the “Get SMS with code” button;
- enter the confirmation code from the SMS message, click the “Confirm” button;
- enter your last name, first name, and patronymic, date of birth, gender, e-mail address, click the “Confirm e-mail” button, check the box, click the “Next” button
- enter your passport details, click the “Next” button;
- enter your registration address and actual place of residence address, and click the "Next" button;
- enter information about education, employment, marital status, and the number of dependents, click the “Next” button;
- enter information about income, monthly expenses, monthly loan payments, and the number of active loans and microloans, specify an additional contact, click the “Next” button.
After filling out a short application form, the prospective borrower will need to undergo identity verification and provide bank card details.
