About the loan
Kapitalina MFI is a reliable microfinance organization offering short-term microloans to citizens of the Russian Federation. Here you can get up to 30,000 RUB for a term of up to 30 days.
Terms
The Kapitalina microfinance organization applies identical terms for both new and returning borrowers. Both can obtain a microloan ranging from 1,000 to 30,000 RUB for a period of 1 to 30 days. The interest rate here does not exceed 0.8% per day or 292% per annum.
DengiMigom MFI provides the option for early repayment of a microloan. To close a loan ahead of schedule, you must pay off the principal amount and the interest accrued for the actual period the money was used.
The microfinance organization does not provide for microloan extension.
In case of non-payment of a microloan, Kapitalina MFI charges a penalty of 0.05% of the debt amount for each day of delay, but no more than 20% per annum. For example, if a borrower takes out a loan of 8,000 RUB and fails to repay it on time, the company will charge a penalty of 4.38 RUB for each day of overdue payment plus accrued interest.
Borrowers who meet the following requirements can apply for a microloan from Kapitalina MFI:
- are citizens of the Russian Federation;
- aged from 19 to 75 years;
- are fully legally capable at the time of applying for the microloan.
To apply for a microloan, you will only need a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, as well as a debit or credit card from any bank with a positive balance and a device with Internet access.
You can receive a microloan using one of the following methods:
- to a MIR, Visa, or MasterCard bank card;
- in cash at the microfinance organization's branches.
You can repay the microloan using one of the methods listed below:
- via a Mir, Visa, or Mastercard bank card — enter your card details in your personal account, and the required amount will be debited on the payment date;
- in cash at the microfinance organization's branches — you will need to provide the contract number;
- via bank account details — in internet banking or the mobile app, you will need to specify the IFC's details, agreement number, and payment amount.

How to apply
You can apply for a microloan only online — on the Kapitalina MFI website. To do this, you need to:
- specify the desired loan amount on the main page of the website;
- click the "Get Money" button;

- enter your mobile phone number and enter the confirmation code from the SMS message;
- check the box and click the "Sign In" button;

- enter your last name, first name, patronymic, passport details, registration address, actual residential address, email address, SNILS and INN;
- click the “Next” button;

- provide employment and income information;
- click the “Next” button;

- provide information about contact persons;
- click the “Next” button.

After filling out the application form, you will need to undergo identity verification and specify how you wish to receive the loan.
