I recently got a card from Russian Standard. The application was processed quite quickly, and the card arrived on time. Cashback works, and money is returned. Online banking is convenient; the balance is always at hand. The interest rates are a bit high, but it's fine if you pay on time. The card is valid for 3 years, and I set up autopayments without any issues. So far, I'm satisfied!

I got a UnionPay card from Russian Standard. Not a bad card, actually. They check credit history, but not too strictly. The application took a little over a week to process. Refunds are fast, and customer service is decent. There are loyalty programs, but I haven't used them yet. Card-to-card transfers work without any issues.

Cashless payments go through quickly. Card validity period is normal. Balance and statements arrive on time. However, auto-payments often glitch, deducting either too much or too little. My credit history is good, which is why they gave me this card. Refunds are also okay. Overall, an average bank, card service is so-so. Not highly recommended.

But online banking is glitchy — it freezes so often while processing payments that you'll grow a beard. Customer support is also so-so, they can't always help. Card maintenance is free for now, but who knows what's next. The credit limits are average, but it's enough for me. Overall, it's just so-so. Not thrilled, but not complaining yet either.

I've been using a card from Russian Standard for six months now. Overall I'm satisfied. The application process was fast, and plus it arrived with a chip already. I've withdrawn cash both in Russia and abroad — no problems. Interestingly, UnionPay is accepted immediately in many countries, even where my other cards didn't work. But there are downsides. For instance, the cash withdrawal fee is slightly higher than at other banks. Sometimes you have to wait a long time for a support response. But overall, the card is good, considering I spend most of my time abroad.
