I ordered the UnionPay card at Russian Standard. Overall, not a bad offer. Purchase interest rates are quite acceptable, and most importantly—no cash withdrawal fees. They accepted the application and issued the card pretty quickly. I've been using it for a couple of months, no particular complaints so far. I got myself a card at Russian Standard, a UnionPay one. And here's what I'll say, at first everything was fine, but a month later it started. First, an SMS came about a maintenance fee write-off, although they promised the first year free. Called support, they apologized of course, returned the money. But the next month they sent a maintenance bill again. I think this is all very strange and incomprehensible. Anyway, I'm staying for a bit longer, but if this continues - I'll close the card.
