Got a card from Alfa-Bank. Overall, I am satisfied with everything, convenient online banking, and the application was reviewed quickly. I immediately set up auto-payments and no longer worry about bills! There is cashback, although not on all purchases, but it's still nice. Card maintenance is comfortable, and fees are low. The bank branch is close to home, and the staff is pleasant.

Оформила карту в Альфа-Банке, осталась довольна. Удобное обслуживание, быстро рассмотрели заявку, карту оформили быстро. Онлайн-банкинг просто супер, всегда в курсе баланса и выписок. Кэшбэк приятно радует, а комиссий почти нет. Процент на остаток тоже большой плюс. Обслуживание клиентов на высоком уровне, всегда помогут и объяснят. Вобщем, довольна как слон!

Я в Альфа-Банке уже довольно долго, и недавно оформил дебетовую карту. Операции по карте очень удобно контролировать через онлайн-банкинг, и есть возможность настроить автоплатежи. Комиссии за переводы с карты на карту минимальные, а вот кэшбэк мог бы быть и побольше.

I recently got an Alfa-Card. Overall, I'm satisfied. Good loyalty program and cashback, money is returned to the account almost immediately. Card maintenance is convenient, everything can be done online, without unnecessary hassle. But there are downsides: the fee for withdrawing cash at other ATMs is noticeable. Also, autopayments sometimes trigger with a delay, but this is rather an exception. Customer service is top-notch — they always respond quickly and help solve problems. The application review time was acceptable. Overall, I recommend it.

Good afternoon. I've been using this card for a long time, and overall I am very pleased. Convenient card maintenance, and most importantly, free! It's very convenient to make non-cash payments, auto-payments, card-to-card transfers. Online banking works wonderfully, never had any problems. I like that there is interest on the account balance, although not big, but nice. Customer service is at a high level, they will always help and explain. There were cases when I needed to get refunds, everything went quickly and without problems. In general, I advise everyone!
