Recently got myself an Alfa-Card. No regrets, everything is convenient, and interest on the balance trickles in. I use online banking — it's fire, you can do everything right on your phone without any issues. There are fees, of course, but small ones. Another plus I'll note is auto-payments. Money is deducted from the account automatically, no need to remember when and where to pay anymore. And the loyalty program is not bad, points are awarded. Overall, I'm as happy as an elephant. Highly recommend.

I often use online banking, everything is clear and simple. Fees are small, which is pleasing. I also like that there is cashback, true not on all purchases, but it's still nice. Card maintenance is free, which is a big plus. Regarding customer service, I can only say good things, they always help and explain. Among the minuses, I can note that the interest on the balance is small, but this is not critical. Overall, I advise everyone!

I got the Alfa-Card 2 months ago. So far I like it: haven't noticed any fees, money goes into the account instantly. Cashback is a nice bonus, especially on groceries. Set up auto-payments without any issues. No problems with customer service, they always answer and help.
