Брал в БЖФ Банке кредит под залог недвижимости. Ставка была приемлемой, сроки кредитования тоже нормальные. Лимит кредита вполне устроил. Но вот с обслуживанием проблемы. Менеджеры вечно заняты, дозвониться реально трудно. Процесс одобрения заявки затягивается, постоянно требуют какие-то документы. Условия кредита изначально представляются прозрачными, но потом выясняются разные нюансы. В общем, отношусь двояко.
