Взяла кредит под залог квартиры. Ставка, конечно, высоковата, но в моем случае другого выхода не было. Сроки кредитования нормальные, главное - не затягивать. Лимит дали достаточный. Но вот с обслуживанием проблемы. Менеджеры мало что объясняют, все сама выясняла. Заявку одобрили быстро, но условия не все были прозрачны. В общем, на троечку.
