How to extend a loan

You can apply for a payment postponement in person at the organization's branch or on the official website vivus.ru. A sample loan extension application can be found in the "official documentation" section. To extend the agreement online, you need to log in to your customer account, open your current loan, and select the extension period (maximum 30 days). The cost of the service will be indicated next to it. You can also find out the current amount in the official mobile app of the microfinance organization or by contacting customer support. After submitting the application, information confirming the extension will be sent to the phone number specified in your account. Payment postponements are not granted to everyone; individuals with a poor credit history and debts at MFIs may be denied. To sign the supplementary agreement, you need to enter the code on the website or send it via SMS to 8 983 320 10 40. The agreement will be considered extended only after the full cost of the service is paid.

How to pay interest

The easiest way to pay for the microloan extension service is in your personal account on the lender's website by entering your bank card details and confirming the payment via an SMS code. However, there are other ways to deposit funds into the MFI account:

• via bank details provided upon contract execution, at third-party terminals and payment collection points;
• via Sberbank ATMs and branches;
• in cash via the Contact system (organization code – FNCP);
• via electronic payment systems Visa Qiwi Wallet and Yandex Money (the fastest method);
• at a branch of Otkritie Bank.

The payment purpose must indicate "Extension of the loan repayment period" so that the money does not go toward paying off the main debt.

Please note that the date of concluding the supplementary agreement on extension is considered not the day the funds are transferred, but the date they are credited to the organization's account. A payment may take several days to process, so we recommend submitting your application in advance.
