They can't always help, and sometimes they don't even understand the question. The card itself is fine, but the interest... the interest rates are a bit steep, to be honest. The limits seem okay, but the cashback doesn't really work out as well as they promise. Autopayments work, which is convenient. Cashless payments are fine, but the application processing time is long. It doesn't ruin your credit history, which is a plus. Balance and statements are no problem. The card's validity period is standard. Card-to-card transfers are fine. Card maintenance is okay, but the online banking sometimes lags. Overall, mixed feelings.
