Оформил карту "Т-Банк Платинум" для рассрочки. Вообще, рассрочка - это круто, спасает в трудные времена. Карту прислали быстро, срок действия - обычные 3 года. Пользуюсь безналом, все отлично. Программа лояльности тоже классная, куча бонусов и кэшбек. Но с обслуживанием клиентов проблемы - долго отвечают, не всегда консультанты в курсе всех вопросов. Лимит по карте у меня в районе 100к, но проценты за пользование кредитом великоваты. Выписки и баланс приходят вовремя, без задержек. В общем, неплохой инструмент, но есть над чем работать.

Сервис обслуживания клиентов так себе. Онлайн-банкинг норм, удобно, что можно переводить с карты на карту. В общем, нормальная карта, но обслуживание хромает.
