Card maintenance is free, which is also a plus. I had to contact support a couple of times, and they resolved issues promptly. As for the balance and statements, everything is transparent and clear. The only thing was that I got a bit confused by the app at first, but I got used to it later.

Удобно, что все можно сделать через онлайн-банкинг, даже переводы с карты на карту. Обслуживание карты тоже на высоте, обращался пару раз в поддержку - помогли оперативно. Проценты не кусаются, если вовремя платить. Есть кэшбек, что приятно. В общем, доволен как слон, советую всем.

But there is one "but" — the loyalty program could be better. But that's just a minor detail.
