Банк неплохой, но есть нюансы. Оформил кредитную карту, обещали низкий процент, а по факту вышло чуток больше. Но все равно, ниже чем в других банках. Онлайн-банкинг понравился, удобно и быстро все делается, круглосуточно доступен. Кредитный лимит увеличили без проблем после полугода использования карты. Программа лояльности есть, но ничего особенного, стандартная скидка в пару процентов. Обслуживание нормальное, но иногда приходится ждать в очереди, особенно в выходные. В целом, доволен, но есть куда стремиться.
