Card maintenance is excellent, you can immediately see that the bank cares about customers. Plus, through this card, I improved my credit history, now banks approve loans faster. The only thing was an unpleasant situation with a refund, but customer service helped and resolved everything. I advise everyone!

The application approval process took a little time, but that's normal. The credit limit suited me, they helped lower the interest rate. The whole process went simply and quickly. In general, everything is excellent!

Оформил такую карту в Газпромбанке. Сначала нравилась - кэшбек, лимиты норм, обслуживание клиентов - на высоте. Но столкнулся с проблемой - деньги со счета списываются, а возврата нет. Пытался настроить автоплатежи - не получилось, пришлось обращаться в банк. С процентами тоже не все гладко - какие-то космические ставки. Баланс и выписки приходят вовремя, все понятно. Но вот переводы с карты на карту - это отдельная песня. Комиссия просто адовая. В общем, не советую эту карту.

But what made me especially happy is the opportunity to use money interest-free for 120 days. Even considering that the interest rate is a bit high afterwards, this is still a very profitable offer. The only thing I didn't quite like is the loyalty program. There is cashback, but it's not very big. But, basically, these are minor details. In general, I feel positive about the card. Everything works, I return the money without problems, customer service is up to standard. Recommended!
