Пользуюсь услугами Промсвязьбанка уже пару лет. В целом, остаюсь доволен. Проценты по кредиту не самые низкие, но и не самые высокие, средненько так. Обслуживание клиентов на хорошем уровне, всегда помогут, расскажут. Единственный минус - это качество обслуживания в отделениях. Иногда приходится ждать своей очереди больше часа, а это, согласитесь, не очень приятно. Надеюсь, руководство банка обратит внимание на этот недостаток.
