Впечатления двоякие. С одной стороны, обслуживание клиентов на высоте - все операторы вежливые, помогают, подсказывают. По процентным ставкам тоже вопросов нет, все как заявлено. Но вот с переводами и платежами проблемы. Сколько было случаев, когда деньги шли несколько дней, это неудобно. И еще, пожалуйста, улучшите программу лояльности, а то сейчас она не особо привлекательна.

Очень удобно пользоваться картой Tinkoff Platinum! Приклеила стикер на телефон - и оплата везде проходит быстро. Особенно спасает в метро на проходных.
