I applied for an installment card at Credit Europe Bank. Mixed feelings. On the one hand, the card is convenient—sufficient limit, cashback, and the ability to make card-to-card transfers. Auto-payments are an absolute lifesaver! But customer service leaves much to be desired. It's hard to get through to the bank on the phone, and visiting a branch means waiting in lines. Balance and statements arrive with a delay. Overall, the card is not bad, but there are issues with customer service.

Got the My Life debit card, not bad, convenient. Withdrew money without a fee, and the interest on the balance is also nice. Online banking works without glitches. Automatic payments go through on time, no problems. Customer service is on point, they'll always help and explain. Card-to-card transfers without any hassle. Pleased!

Recently got a credit card at OTP Bank, attracted by the 120 days 0% period. The application was reviewed in one day, and they gave a decent credit limit even without an ideal credit history. It is very convenient that there is cashback—not much, but nice. I also like the card service so far; all questions are resolved promptly. Everything is fine with online banking too; the app is convenient. Overall, I'm happy so far.

У меня не большая зарплата и каждый рубль на счету, поэтому я оценила возможность возврата средств в виде кэшбэка. Радует, что безналичные платежи осуществляются без комиссий, а также есть процент на остаток. Комфортно, что можно пользоваться онлайн-банкингом и следить за балансом и выписками прямо с телефона. А еще удобно, что можно настроить автоплатежи, например, на оплату ЖКХ. Программа лояльности тоже радует, постоянно разные акции и бонусы. Карта долгосрочная, не нужно бегать каждый год и менять. Даже переводы с карты на карту делаю без проблем. Я очень довольна обслуживанием карты и рекомендую всем своим знакомым.

Онлайн-банкинг удобен, с мобильного приложения можно сделать все операции: переводы, платежи, проверка баланса. Процентные ставки нормальные, дебетовая карта с хорошим кэшбэком. Но кредитный лимит хотелось бы больше.
