- For cash withdrawals, the interest rate ranges from 30% to 69.9% per annum.
The cashback program for the T-Bank Platinum card is quite extensive and includes the following terms:
- An interest rate of 1% is set for all purchase categories.
- Promotions with a cashback rate of up to 30–40% are available for special categories.
- The exchange equivalent is 1 point = 1 RUB.

OTP Bank, 120 days interest-free
The commercial bank offers the following lending terms for the card:
- citizenship of the Russian Federation;
- have permanent registration and place of residence in the region of the bank's presence;
- have continuous work experience at their current job for at least 3 months;
- have a constant net income of at least 10,000 RUB for residents of Moscow and the Moscow region, and at least 7,000 RUB for residents of other Russian regions.
No cashback is accrued on the card.
Standard criteria for the card:
- 36.9% per annum on purchases, cash withdrawals, borrowed funds transfers, and equivalent operations.
- No fee is charged for cash withdrawals.
- The grace period for the card is up to 12 months.
Svoy Bank, Svoya Kreditka
Terms for borrowers:
- You can get a loan of up to 300,000 RUB.
- Withdrawals starting from only 50,000 RUB with a fee of 6.9% plus 590 RUB.
- Maintenance is free.
There is no bonus program.
Cashback is accrued only in points; to use the points, you must have a cashback balance of at least 1,000 points. To convert points into rubles, you must have the mobile app or internet banking personal account. You can subsequently convert the points back into real money.
Sberbank, SberCard
A clear advantage of this card is that you can receive guaranteed cashback throughout the entire 120-day interest-free period. It is set at up to 30% for purchases at partner stores. The borrower requirements are as follows:
- are citizens of the Russian Federation;
- have permanent or temporary registration within the territory of Russia;
- aged 18 to 70.

Halva installment card from Sovcombank
This card can be called both a credit card and an installment card, depending on what purposes you use this banking product for. But in any case, a cashback reward system is also provided here. The card features an interest-free period and an installment system from 1 to 12 months. The credit line is approved by the bank up to 350,000 RUB, and there is a revolving grace lending period.
The list of partners is impressive, but the guaranteed cashback return is around 1.5%. There are a number of restrictions and requirements:
- Cashback is available only in partnership with stores.
- Cashback is accrued only on personal funds.
To properly use the card's cashback, you need to carefully develop a suitable scenario for yourself.
MKB, Mozhno Bolshe
The card is not suitable for everyone, as the interest rate is quite high:
- from 40.7% to 42.8% on purchases if the debt is not repaid before the end of the grace period;
- from 40.7% to 42.8% per annum on cash withdrawals and credit funds transfers.
However, the bank provides a 123-day grace period and a credit limit of up to 1,000,000 RUB. You can also receive cashback:

One of the few banks that provides increased cashback:
- 1% on regular purchases;
- 3% for car and motorcycle rentals;
- 5% for purchases in the "Gas Stations" and "Auto Services" categories;
- 10% for purchases in the "Public Transport" category.
In addition, the card has several advantages:
- free card issuance;
- free card maintenance;
- can be applied for with just one document;
- home delivery of the card by courier.
VTB, Card of Opportunities
Borrower requirements here are standard:
- are citizens of the Russian Federation;
- have permanent registration in the bank's region of operation;
- aged 18 and older;
- have a regular income of at least 15 thousand RUB per month.
There are also interesting cashback offers:
- 2% for purchases in the categories "Transport and Taxis", "Cafes and Restaurants", "Supermarkets";
- 2% for purchases in the "Pharmacies" category for payroll clients;
- 20% for all purchases in the first 30 days of service;

Gazprombank, 180 days interest-free
The main advantage of the card is that its holders can pay no annual fee for the first year of use, withdraw up to 50,000 RUB per month for free, and receive cashback of up to 50% of the purchase amount.
Outside the interest-free period, Gazprombank charges from 11.9% to 36% per annum on purchases and from 39.9% to 69.9% per annum on cash withdrawals and transfers.
Also, if you exceed the limit for cash withdrawals and transfers, you will have to pay an additional fee of 5.9% of the amount plus 590 RUB.
