Is a loan without guarantors and income verification possible?

When applying for a loan from a banking institution, you will be required to collect an impressive package of documents. Their main purpose is to confirm the presence of a permanent job and stable earnings, as well as the presence of a guarantor who will take responsibility for your ill-considered actions. There is nothing unusual here: every bank wants to protect itself from all possible risks and unnecessary financial costs. If the borrower does not have a job, or the amount of the monthly loan payment is lower than established, the bank will refuse to grant a consumer loan.

You may also be rejected for other reasons:

  • mistakes and typos were made while filling out the application form;
  • you provided false information;
  • low income level;
  • you have outstanding loans with other organizations;
  • you had serious conflicts with collection agencies;
  • you are currently incarcerated;
  •  the staff has reason to believe that you are not fully legally capable.

Another scenario might play out: the loan is approved, but the interest rate is set to the maximum. You may be required to include a guarantor in the agreement or pledge your property instead of collateral (usually real estate or vehicles, less commonly appliances). A guarantor will be required to provide the same package of documents confirming their financial solvency.

There is a solution to this credit dilemma, and it is technically simple. We are talking about loans without guarantors from a microfinance organization.

Loans without guarantors

Can microfinance organizations be trusted?

Microfinance organizations (MFOs) are institutions (not to be confused with banks!) that issue loans (small amounts at minimal interest for a short period of time). These organizations operate on the basis of a license obtained and in accordance with the Federal Law "On Microfinance Activities and Microfinance Organizations."

Note! MFO is a general term for organizations that disburse loans. This includes MFCs (companies with large capital) and MKCs (organizations holding smaller amounts).

There are many such organizations today, and glowing reviews are written about them on the Internet (mostly paid for), but this does not mean they are a form of bondage or disguised theft. On the contrary, the main goal of any microfinance organization is to provide immediate financial assistance to a person in a difficult moment while making a minimal profit from it.

MFOs are also known for their advantages:

  • Legality. Although MFOs are regulated by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, they are not tied to banking regulations and operate legally.

Note! To check whether a particular company is operating legally, check the Central Bank's website to see if it is included in the register of MFOs.

  •  The ability to apply for a loan online without paperwork. To get a microloan, a passport is usually sufficient. An MFC requests additional documents if uncertainties arise during verification.
  • Loyalty to customers. Students, pensioners, and women on maternity leave can count on a loan without a guarantor.
  • Convenience and speed of obtaining a microloan. If you have a smartphone and internet access, you can apply while riding a bus or sitting at a cafe table.
  • Various tariff plans. There are microloans for 2 weeks, up to 30 days, or up to 1 year.
  • Loyalty programs, promotions, and promo codes offer a great opportunity to get a loan at a favorable interest rate or receive a gift.
  •  Availability of loan extension. If a force majeure occurs and you are unable to pay your debts on time, pay the service fee and continue using the borrowed funds. Your credit history will not be affected.
  •  Quite affordable interest rate. In June 2019, a law came into force prohibiting the issuance of microloans at a rate exceeding 1.0% per day.
  • Good technical support. Operators answer questions by phone, in chats, and on social networks.

By the way, just a few years ago, MFOs had predatory interest rates. Money was lent at rates even up to 800% per annum.

Before applying for a loan without guarantors, assess your capabilities and review the organizations' microloan requirements. You can use the information on the companies' websites for this purpose, and subsequently submit your loan application right there.

How to choose an MFI where you can get loans without guarantors

The main principle that a borrower should follow when choosing a microloan organization is verified information on the official MFO websites.

There are also several basic rules for choosing an MFO.

Rule 1: Choose a loan with the lowest daily interest rate—the figure should be close to zero or even equal to zero (such cases also happen—as part of bonus programs or in honor of the borrower's birthday). Online loans at such interest rates will not exceed 15,000 RUB to make it easier to repay the money. Remember: you can only trust numbers and your own capabilities!

Rule 2: If you have doubts about an online loan, you can take the time to visit an MFO branch office. In that case, you should prepare certain documents in advance (copies of your passport, a bank account statement with requisites, and an employment certificate just in case). This type of loan has the following pattern: the more documents provided, the larger the loan amount available. This is because the lender will be convinced of your reliability and solvency.

Rule 3: Think ahead (mentally look into the future) about how you will repay the loan and interest: where you will get the money and within what timeframe you will be able to repay it. If you do not see a clear picture, it is better not to take out a microloan, dooming yourself to dependency and unpleasant consequences—fines and fees for overdue payments are extremely high. There is also an acceptable loan scheme for this scenario—with the option to extend the repayment period. Therefore, you should contact an MFO that practices this (check this on their website in advance).

Rule 4: When applying for microloans repeatedly, it is best to use the same microfinance organization. All your data and credit history will already be in its database. If there were no unforeseen circumstances with your previous loan and its repayment, new loans without guarantors will be approved for you without hesitation. Microloans at a minimum interest rate or zero rate are also a possibility.

Loan without guarantors

Taking loans without guarantors to a card instantly and without rejections

In the Russian Federation, online loans to a bank card are in high demand—they are convenient, practical, and easily accessible.

Having made sure that loans without guarantors are indeed a convenient solution to temporary financial difficulties, choose a suitable microfinance organization. Next, proceed to the step-by-step process of applying for a loan without guarantors and a large number of certificates:

  • register on the website of your chosen MFO by creating a personal account, through which the application process and contract signing will be managed;
  • select the "Apply" / "Get a Loan" section;
  • fill out the standard application form, providing your full name, address, passport details, working phone number (where you can be reached), and your preferred method of receiving the loan: to a bank card;
  • the application is processed by an MFO operator within 15 minutes, after which a text message regarding the decision is sent to your Personal Account or the specified phone number.
  • The personal account contains an electronic agreement. Enter your personal details, phone number, bank card details where the borrowed funds will be transferred, and repayment terms including the interest rate;

Note! When filling out the application, enter your personal data. It is impossible to receive money in the name of third parties. You could ruin your reputation and end up on a blacklist.

  • After this, the microfinance organization will transfer the money to the specified account. This may take from a few minutes to 2–3 hours (the set maximum is 24 hours). And there you have the money on your card—you can spend it as intended.

Getting loans without guarantors and certificates is entirely possible. You can do this from a comfortable place at a convenient time. The main thing is to have a device connected to the internet at hand: a mobile phone, tablet, or PC. To get a loan without a guarantor, you need to prepare properly. Read articles on this topic posted on information portals or even on the websites of microfinance organizations—you will learn a lot of interesting things from them.

Can reviews be trusted

Many websites feature reviews from microfinance organization customers. Borrowers write about how quickly they received a loan without a guarantor. Whether such information can be trusted is a question some clients ponder. You cannot blindly believe feedback. Since some tricky companies commission positive reviews, you can get into an unpleasant situation. You need to learn how to filter information from the web. Read feedback not only on official websites, but also on third-party platforms. Contact a specialist and ask a few questions. After talking to the operator, weigh the pros and cons and make a decision.
