The application was approved quickly; although I had to wait a little, it was without unnecessary paperwork and certificates. All loan terms are transparent and clear, with no hidden commissions or penalties. So overall I am satisfied, even though I had to leave collateral, but I needed the money urgently. Anyway, I recommend it.

The bank staff explained everything, and the conditions are transparent. The only thing I didn't like was the customer service—a lot of running around—but everything is fair. The collateral, well, that's understandable, you can't do without it. Overall, if you urgently need money, I recommend it.

Ставка не самая маленькая, но терпимая. Сроки кредитования выбирала сама. Дали кредит быстро, одобрили заявку за пару дней. Качество обслуживания порадовало, люди вежливые, все объясняют толком. Немного напрягает, что квартира теперь в залоге, но это моя собственность, поэтому справлюсь. В общем, если надо - обращайтесь, я довольна.
