I liked that the rate is low, only 9.5%, loan terms up to 15 years, limit up to 15 million, which was important to me. Application submission and approval went quickly, terms are transparent. I took out a loan secured by an apartment from T-Bank. The rate is normal, 11.5%, for a term of 5 years. The limit they gave was also good, almost 80% of the apartment's value. But you know what the service is like... Over the phone, everyone talks however they want, no respect at all. The application took a long time to get approved, almost a month, and my nerves were shot. Plus, they come up with such conditions, you might as well sell your soul. In short, they gave the money, but with a lot of stress. Think twice if it's worth it.
