I ordered a credit card from Gazprombank to pay for purchases in installments. Everything works, I am satisfied with the service.

Заказал себе недавно эту кредитку от Т-Банка, думал будет удобно. Но вот что скажу - не совсем то, что ожидал. Выписки по карте приходят понятные, все видно. С процентами тоже неплохо, но вот лимиты по карте они какие-то мелкие дали, ну и возврат средств тоже не быстрый. Баланс проверяешь - все норм, а деньги на счет поступают долго. Карту делают быстро, но срок действия у нее маленький. В общем, так себе опыт, ожидал большего.

Заказал себе кредитку ЛУКОЙЛ от Т-Банка. Дело было легким и быстрым, сразу дали лимит 100 тыс, приятно удивило. Проценты конечно кусаются, но зато бонусы на бензоколонке накапливаются хорошо, экономия получается. Плюс удобно платить по телефону, все на виду, баланс, выписка, платежи. С обслуживанием проблем пока не было, надеюсь и дальше так будет. Рекомендую, если ездите на машине и любите экономить.

I recently got the URBAN CARD from Credit Europe Bank. The processing was fast, the application was reviewed in a couple of days, even though my credit history is not ideal. The credit limit is still small, but I think it will be increased over time. Very convenient auto-payments, they deduct the required amount themselves, no need to run around and pay on time. Online banking works without glitches, I can always check my balance and view statements. The card is long-term, with a validity period of 3 years. I haven't figured out the cashback yet, but they promise interest on cashless payments. Card maintenance is free, clients are treated politely. So far I am satisfied, hoping for further cooperation.

Got the UnionPay credit card at Gazprombank. 180 days without interest is great, of course, but customer service leaves much to be desired. Long wait times on the line, and consultants are not always knowledgeable. Card limits are quite acceptable, and card-to-card transfers go through without problems. The loyalty program is not bad, but it could be better.

The plus is double cashback, which makes spending really nice! Downsides: customer service still leaves much to be desired, but I hope they improve. All in all, I'm satisfied for now.

I got a card at MTS Bank; at first, everything was fine. The credit limit was high, and cashback was paid on time. But then problems started. Transfers from card to card began to slow down, and balances and statements started arriving late. Online banking was constantly glitching, which really hindered setting up automatic payments. Customer service leaves much to be desired—they answer questions with a delay. And the card's expiration date turned out to be short. In general, I'm not sure I'll continue using this card.
