Взял в кредит денег на ремонт машины в этом банке. проценты конечно кусаются, но надо ж было как-то выкручиваться. к рассрочке притензий нет, все четко и без обмана. мобильное прилоение удобное, всегда в курсе сколько осталось выплатить. обслуживание нормальное, менеджеры вежливые. только вот кредитный лимит могли бы и повыше сделать, а то хотел взять больше, а они мне не одобрили. ну в общем, свою функцию банк выполняет, деньги дают. в принципе, рекомендую.

Well, I got this "Platinum" installment card from Russian Standard, thinking it would help me in everyday life. At first, everything was fine; I used it, transferred funds from card to card, and started building my credit history. But at one fine moment, I noticed that funds started being deducted from the card. I called the bank, and they explained that this was insurance. Insurance for what? For using my own money? In general, they promised a refund, but they are still dragging it out. Conclusion - read the agreement carefully, otherwise it might end up costing you more.
