Got an Alfa card in hopes of good service. Wasn't disappointed! Service is fast and polite. The card arrived quickly, everything works flawlessly. Interest on the balance is pleasing. Fees are not large. Online banking is convenient, I use it constantly. Cashback is a nice bonus. Good thing there are auto-payments. Balance and statements are always on time. Card-to-card transfers without problems. Very satisfied.

Вот, решил написать отзыв. Взял кредит в Пойдем. Ставка процентная, конечно, как везде - кусается, но зато сроки кредитования очень гибкие. Жена заболела, пришлось срочно деньги на лечение брать. Кредитный лимит мне утвердили достаточный. График погашения - можно выбрать удобный. С обслуживанием вот тоже все ок, менеджер все объяснила, помогла заполнить заявку. Условия вроде как прозрачные, все понятно. Заявку одобрили быстро, деньги на следующий день уже были на карте. В общем, не знаю как у кого, а у меня все нормально прошло, если что, обращусь еще.

Честно, в целом доволен картой от Промсвязьбанка. Обслуживание клиентов на уровне, менеджеры всегда помогают с любыми вопросами. Кредитный лимит хороший, автоплатежи работают без сбоев. Кэшбек приятный бонус, а в онлайн-банкинге всегда видно все операции. Единственный минус - проценты по карте, но это как везде.
