I've been using the card for a year now. Overall, I am satisfied. I immediately note the convenience of auto-payments—all payments go through on time, without delays. The balance and statements are always at hand, sent to my email, which is convenient. I do have questions about the cashback. They promise up to 25%, but it actually turns out to be much less. Recovering funds if something goes wrong is possible, but the procedure is lengthy. Customer service is up to standard, they always help and answer questions. My credit history has improved.

Got a debit card at Alfa, very satisfied. The card is cool, convenient for traveling abroad and for everyday expenses in general. Card maintenance is free, while they often offer various loyalty programs, all sorts of bonuses and discounts in stores. The internet bank is just super! Card-to-card transfers take a couple of minutes. Overall, I recommend it!

Брал в Газпромбанке кредитку, условия нормальные, проценты не космические. Но вот сроки рассмотрения заявок ну очень долгие, неделю ждал ответа. Неудобно. Онлайн-банкинг понравился, удобно и быстро, все под рукой. Персонал в отделении вежливый, но вот со знаниями вопросы, не все смогли ответить на мои вопросы. Дебетовую карту оформил без проблем, пользуюсь уже полгода. В целом нормальный банк, но есть над чем работать.

Недавно оформил кредитку в Хоум Банке. Понравилось, что 120 дней без процентов, это реально выгодно. Все делал онлайн, очень удобно и быстро. Безнал работает отлично, баланс и выписки всегда под рукой в приложении. Срок действия карты долгий, это плюс. Возврат средств был один раз, без проблем. Есть программа лояльности, набранные баллы можно потратить в магазинах-партнерах. Единственное, что не очень - это обслуживание карты, но с учетом кредитного лимита и других плюсов, я готов это пережить.

Вот это да, действительно приятно удивлен! Проценты по кредиту ниже, чем в других банках, кэшбэк и бонусы с каждой покупки, приятно удивили! Плюс, удобные переводы и платежи прямо из дома. Рекомендую всем!

Пользуюсь картой Промсвязьбанка уже пол-года. Оформление заняло неделю, лимит достаточный. Автоплатежи работают без нареканий, кэшбек присутствует. Из минусов - долгий возврат средств, бывает и по неделе ждешь. Онлайн-банкинг удобный.

I liked that the application was reviewed quickly, literally in a couple of days, even though my credit history isn't great. The card is valid for 3 years, which is also fine. I set up automatic payments without any issues, and now I can forget about it—everything is debited automatically. Online banking is straightforward, without any unnecessary nonsense. The interest rates, true to form, bite like everywhere else, but if you use it wisely, it's quite tolerable. I've already paid back the first funds, everything is fair and square. Anyway, for now I'm as happy as a clam.

Взяла кредит в Ренессанс Банке, условия были самые выгодные из всех банков, с которыми общалась. В других банках процентная ставка просто космическая, а тут нормально все. Документы оформили быстро, менеджер все объяснил, что и как. Пока что все устраивает, надеюсь и дальше все будет так же гладко идти. Рекомендую Ренессанс Банк, не подведут!

Взял недавно себе в МТС Банке кредитную карту МТS CASHBACK, а то старая срок отжила. Ну что могу сказать - ништяк вещь! Кредитный лимит дали хороший, справились за 2 дня, быстро так. Сначала не мог разобраться, как баланс проверять, но потом скачал приложение онлайн-банкинга, там все просто. Понравилось, что можно смотреть выписки и контролировать все покупки. Сперва думал, что обслуживание карты будет дороговато, но оказалось, что если пользуешься активно, то и обслуживание бесплатно. Еще удобно, что автоплатежи можно настроить, а то я всегда забываю коммуналку оплатить. Процентные ставки, конечно, не маленькие, но кэшбек за покупки вполне неплохой, особенно если безналичка. Так что могу сказать, что карта удобная. Особенно понравилась программа лояльности, есть куда баллы потратить. В общем, для обычного работяги как я - вариант отличный, быстро рассматривают заявку, обслуживают толково. Пользуюсь пару месяцев, претензий нет. Да и кредитную историю поднять можно, что не маловажно. Вот, собственно, все.
