Здраствуйте! Я простой рабочий и в Фора-банк обратился за кредитом. Сама процентная ставка не маленькая, но вполне в рамках нормы. Обслуживание было на высоте, все четко и понятно объяснили, документы быстро оформили. Онлайн-банкинг удобный, все можно сделать из дома, не приходится бегать по отделениям. Кредитный лимит у них не маленький, но и не большой. Переводы и платежи проходят быстро, без задержек. Из минусов – программа лояльности скудновата, хотелось бы больше бонусов. В целом, неплохой банк.

В принципе, картой довольна. Комиссий минимум, кэшбэк приятный, онлайн-банкинг работает без нареканий. Но вот сервис... Переводы с карты на карту иногда задерживаются, а обслуживание клиентов оставляет желать лучшего. Заявку рассматривали долго, потом еще и срок действия карты пришлось уточнять. Но в целом, все устраивает.
