Пользуюсь их мобильным приложением, удобно очень, все платежи и переводы делаю через него. Еще понравилась их программа лояльности - кэшбэк и бонусы, приятный бонус так сказать. Всем советую этот банк.

Оформил себе карту в Локо-Банке. Сказали, что доход максимальный будет. Подал заявку, быстро рассмотрели, за три дня карту получил. Комиссии нормальные, не кусачие. Сервис хороший, доволен как слон. Автоплатежи работают без проблем, все счета вовремя оплачивают. Переводы с карты на карту, тоже без заморочек. Срок действия карты пять лет, что радует. В целом, рекомендую.

Удобно, что все можно сделать онлайн, не надо бегать по отделениям. Также понравилась гибкость в условиях кредита - есть возможность досрочного погашения, что не каждый банк предлагает. Переводы и платежи проходят быстро, без задержек. В обслуживании претензий нет, все четко и быстро.

В банке сказали, что программа лояльности действует на все покупки, даже обслуживание карты обходится дешевле. Онлайн-банкинг удобный, все быстро и без глюков. Автоплатежи настроил - больше не забываю заплатить за коммуналку. Заявку на карту рассмотрели за пару дней, сразу ее активировал. Обслуживание клиентов на уровне, все объяснили, помогли. В общем, рекомендую.
