Got the Youth Card at T-Bank, everything was fast and hassle-free. Online banking is user-friendly, all operations take a couple of clicks. Otherwise everything is good, it's convenient that there are auto-payments, no need to worry about paying bills on time. The cashback is also pleasing, a small but nice bonus. The only thing that wasn't quite right is the refund application review period, waited about a month, hope this was an isolated incident.

Кэшбэк за покупки - просто супер, экономия получается немалая! Использую автоплатежи, чтобы не забывать оплачивать счета. Выписки с балансом приходят в течение дня. Заявку на выпуск карты рассмотрели быстро, никаких задержек не было. Онлайн-банкинг работает без нареканий. В общем, очень довольна!

I usually don't write reviews, but here I couldn't resist. I got this Smart UnionPay card from Gazprombank, thinking smart means good. But no—the card-to-card transfer fees are just insane! The interest on the balance is tiny, and cashback is rarely credited at all. I thought cashless payments would be convenient, but no—you constantly have to check your balance, or it won't be enough. And the service... I spent ages explaining how to log into online banking. Overall, it's nothing special. 2 out of 5.
