Terrible loan interest rates, and customer service is completely out of line! I sat in line for about an hour and a half just to set a limit on my card. And this is despite the fact that their mobile app constantly glitches and crashes. Why did I even agree to this cashback if I have to fuss with it later? Transfers take forever, and the bonuses are a joke. In short, I do not recommend it.

I contacted MTS Bank to apply for a credit card. The mobile app is very user-friendly, and everything is clear and accessible. The staff are simply wonderful, and you can immediately feel their high level of qualification. Recommended!

I got the "Mir Smart Card" debit card from Gazprombank. The application was reviewed surprisingly fast. The card arrived with a 3-year validity period. Online banking is convenient; I can see all transactions, check my balance, and view statements without any issues. I haven't had any trouble with card maintenance, and I even set up auto-payments. The fees seem low, at least they don't affect my transactions. The best part is they even pay interest on the balance, which is a nice bonus. There is also cashback, though not on all purchases, but it's still nice. Card-to-card transfers go through smoothly with quite reasonable fees. The only issue is customer service—they don't always reply quickly. Otherwise, it's a pretty good card.

At first glance, the lending terms are quite flexible, but still calculate your capabilities. After all, a loan is a responsibility. But if you need money urgently, it's a good option. В общем, Дебетовка Lamoda в Т-Банке - вещь удобная. Подавал на нее заявку, рассмотрели меня быстро, дней за 3, не больше. Через приложение все делаешь, топовый онлайн-банкинг, все понятно и просто. Срок действия карты 3 года, обслуживание бесплатное, что приятно. Кэшбэк 10% в Lamoda, но и в других местах тоже неплохо начисляют. Есть разные программы лояльности, но я особо не вникал, главное в Lamoda скидки. В общем, рекомендую.

But there are also downsides. Cashback leaves much to be desired, they drag it out as long as possible. So overall it's fine, but there is room for improvement.

Хорошая программа лояльности, кредитный лимит вполне устраивает. Срок рассмотрения заявки был минимальным, несмотря на то, что у меня была не очень хорошая кредитная история. Сервис обслуживания клиентов на высоте, всегда помогают и решают вопросы. Удобный онлайн-банкинг, всегда вижу баланс и могу просмотреть выписки. Срок действия карты - 3 года. Ставки процентов нормальные.
