В общем, пользовался услугами этого Банка СПб... Ну что могу сказать, обслуживание норм, нареканий нет. Онлайн-банкинг норм, пользоваться удобно, все быстро и без проблем. Проценты по кредитам вроде как не высокие, но я не эксперт, не сравнивал с другими банками. С дебетовой картой пользуюсь, норм, кэшбэк есть, бонусы тоже. Приложение на телефоне удобное, все понятно, просто. Кредитный лимит пока не проверял, надобности не было. Переводы и платежи делать удобно, все работает. Программы лояльности вроде как есть, но особо не вникал. В общем, все норм, пока что не подводил банк.
