The credit limit suited me, it's more than I expected. It's convenient to use, I set up auto-payments without any extra hassle, and card-to-card transfers are done instantly. Card maintenance is free, which is also pleasing. Overall, I am happy with everything so far - both customer service and refunds. I receive timely statements, and my balance is always in sight. The card validity period is also normal. I recommend it!

They dragged out the review of the card application, waited a week for a response. Rates are okay, but the limit is a bit small. Cashback doesn't work everywhere either. Customer service is so-so, they take a long time to respond.

Terrible loan interest rates, and customer service is completely out of line! I sat in line for about an hour and a half just to set a limit on my card. And this is despite the fact that their mobile app constantly glitches and crashes. Why did I even agree to this cashback if I have to fuss with it later? Transfers take forever, and the bonuses are a joke. In short, I do not recommend it.

I contacted MTS Bank to apply for a credit card. The mobile app is very user-friendly, and everything is clear and accessible. The staff are simply wonderful, and you can immediately feel their high level of qualification. Recommended!

I got the "Mir Smart Card" debit card from Gazprombank. The application was reviewed surprisingly fast. The card arrived with a 3-year validity period. Online banking is convenient; I can see all transactions, check my balance, and view statements without any issues. I haven't had any trouble with card maintenance, and I even set up auto-payments. The fees seem low, at least they don't affect my transactions. The best part is they even pay interest on the balance, which is a nice bonus. There is also cashback, though not on all purchases, but it's still nice. Card-to-card transfers go through smoothly with quite reasonable fees. The only issue is customer service—they don't always reply quickly. Otherwise, it's a pretty good card.

Took out a loan at MTS Bank, it was simple and fast. The guys working there are top-notch! Came in, applied, received it on the card. Convenient! No need to run anywhere, everything in one place. At first glance, the lending terms are quite flexible, but still calculate your capabilities. After all, a loan is a responsibility. But if you need money urgently, it's a good option. The quality of customer service was pleasing. I recommend it!

Everything is done through the app, top-notch online banking, clear and simple. The card validity period is 3 years, free maintenance, which is nice. 10% cashback at Lamoda, and they give decent rewards elsewhere too. There are various loyalty programs, but I didn't really get into them; the main thing is the discounts at Lamoda. All in all, I recommend it.

I use the card actively, cashless payments, card-to-card transfers, everything works without a hitch. And it's also cool that there's a loyalty program, bonuses keep dripping in. But there are also downsides. Cashback leaves much to be desired, they drag it out as long as possible. So overall it's fine, but there is room for improvement.
