Received a card from OTP. Card-to-card transfers without fees are convenient. The credit limit is normal, enough for all needs. The application was reviewed quickly, even though my credit history is not ideal. The card limits suit me, cashless payments go through without problems. Plus, there is a loyalty program, which is nice. Overall, I am satisfied.

Скажу честно, доволен как слон. Первый раз в жизни обратился в ОТП Банк, взял кредит - все прошло гладко. Работники банка все объяснили, показали, помогли оформить. Ставки, конечно, как везде, но денег дали быстро и без лишних вопросов. Плюс есть программы лояльности для постоянных клиентов, что приятно. В общем, за качество обслуживания - пять баллов. Буду пользоваться услугами и дальше.

В общем, впечатления от банка двойственные. С одной стороны, очень удобное мобильное приложение, все понятно и просто, переводы и платежи делаются легко. С другой - процентные ставки по кредитам достаточно высокие, а кредитные лимиты наоборот - невысокие. Обслуживание клиентов оставляет желать лучшего, долго ожидаешь ответа от менеджера. Кэшбэк и бонусы радуют, но программа лояльности не очень выгодная.
