I applied to VTB for the "Possibility Card" for the convenience of online shopping. I ordered it on the website, and a week later the card was ready. I liked the contract conclusion procedure: everything is clear, without unnecessary paperwork. It's convenient that you can top up the card at any ATM. I've been using it for half a year, no problems have arisen. Definitely recommend!

I recently applied for a "SberCard", overall I am satisfied. Customer service is at a high level, issues are resolved quickly. It's convenient that you can set up auto-payments, no need to remember a bunch of bills. The interest rates are quite adequate, and the cashback is a pleasant bonus. One downside is this card limit, well, it's a bit small, I'd like it to be bigger. Non-cash payments go through without problems, but I haven't quite figured out online banking yet. Terrible customer service, slow application review for the card. The credit limit is low despite a good credit history. They promised high cashback, but in reality, it's small. Card maintenance is expensive, and interest rates are high. Non-cash payments do not always go through. Online banking is awful, balance updates and statements arrive with a delay. Do not recommend!

I recently got a card at Alfa-Bank. 365 days without interest. Indeed, no interest is accrued if paid off on time. The card limit is 100 000 RUB. It's enough for me. Once did a card-to-card transfer. Everything went quickly and without issues. I also like that you can track balance and statements in the app. But card service costs 400 RUB per month. Basically, not that much. No complaints about the application review time, everything was prompt. It builds credit history normally. Cashback, though, I wish was higher.
