Terrible customer service, slow application review for the card. The credit limit is low despite a good credit history. They promised high cashback, but in reality, it's small. Card maintenance is expensive, and interest rates are high. Non-cash payments do not always go through. Online banking is awful, balance updates and statements arrive with a delay. Do not recommend!

The application review period was only three days. Interest is of course like everywhere else, but if you pay on time, everything is ok. In general, I recommend it!

Оформила себе карточку Альфа Тревел Классик. В принципе, довольна. Заявку рассмотрели быстро, деньги сразу положили на карту. Самое классное, что есть кэшбек за покупки, особенно актуально, когда путешествуешь. Еще понравилось, что переводы с карты на карту делаю без комиссии, удобно очень. Правда, проценты по карте немного больше, чем хотелось бы, но это не критично. В общем, рекомендую!
