I have been using it for about two months now, and my impressions are positive so far. I liked the cashback system - money is returned immediately after the purchase, which is very convenient. Auto-payments work flawlessly, no need to run around every month to pay utility bills. It is very convenient to check the balance and statements via the app, everything is at hand. The interest rate is one of the most favorable offers on the market. Customer service is also fine, managers are always in touch and help solve problems. Overall, I like the card, I recommend it!

Thanks to Alfa Travel Classic from Alfa-Bank, my travel became much more convenient. I quickly paid for tickets and hotels, and the purchase bonuses are a nice extra!

I expected more from customer service.

Cashless payments are fine, but the application processing time is long. It doesn't ruin your credit history, which is a plus. Balance and statements are no problem. The card's validity period is standard. Card-to-card transfers are fine. Card maintenance is okay, but the online banking sometimes lags. Overall, mixed feelings.
