I went to Sberbank to get a credit card. Everything was done quickly, no problems at all. They gave me a SberCard with a decent limit, and there’s also cashback, which is nice. I use it often, make card-to-card transfers, everything is prompt. The balance and statements are also fine, I haven't noticed any errors. Once a month I get a notification about a refund. And customer service is top-notch, they explain everything clearly. In general, I’m satisfied.

Так получилось, что пришлось взять кредитку в Альфе. Не могу сказать, что уж сильно жалею. В обслуживании норм, кредитный лимит приличный, срок действия ок. Заявку рассмотрели быстро, проценты не космические. Есть и кэшбэк, и автоплатежи. В онлайн-банке всегда видно баланс и выписки, удобно. Правда, с возвратом средств иногда затыки, но в целом ничего критичного.
