The loyalty program seems to exist, but I haven't seen any benefit from it yet. Card maintenance is paid, although online banking services supposedly are included in the price. I set up auto-payments, but for some reason not all debits go through automatically. Interest rates are basically normal, but there are banks with lower rates. The card limits are a bit confusing, especially when withdrawing cash. Balance and statements arrive on time, which is pleasing. The card validity period is also normal. The application review time was quite fast, which is a plus. My credit history was checked, but I don't know how thoroughly. Customer service leaves much to be desired — they take a long time to answer questions. I haven't tried refunds, but I hope there will be no problems.
